IE8 RC1 (build 18372) CSS bugs

• IE8 RC1: an inline link at the end of a block makes the space at the right of its text wrongly clickable and hoverable. Connect ref. IE8 beta bug 406278.
• When the text size is changed (via menu bar: View | Text Size) the necessary text reflow is not performed, connect ref. IE8 beta bug 389777.
• Inconsistent offsetHeight for inline elements, connect ref. IE8 beta bug 389825.
• A background image on a box with overflow:auto (or scroll) wrongly moves 1 pixel up and down while scrolling, connect ref. IE8 beta bug 389779.
• IE: Not fully clickable link when absolutely positioned over content. This issue is present in older IEs as well.
• IE: Horizontal margins on inline links are wrongly clickable and hoverable. This issue is present in older IEs as well.
• Previous versions of IE8 beta had problems of incomplete rendering of pages, varying with multiple refreshes. In IE8 RC1 these problems seem fixed, maybe not completely. I've seen pages apparently incomplete or partially broken at the first rendering and then correct after a refresh. Difficult to reproduce.
